What is Fetch?

Fetch full-service storage provides safekeeping for your belongings with the added benefit of pickup and delivery services. For prices comparable to self-storage, our customers have their property picked up at their doorsteps, securely stored, and delivered again at their request.

Full service storage also means on-demand access to individual boxes and items. With our basic service, you have up to five free service calls a year to switch items in and out of storage.

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

Fetch guarantees that your scheduled pickup and delivery will happen within the selected two-hour window. If it doesn't, that service call will not be charged to your account.

What about Privacy?

Is my personal information safe with Fetch? Fetch treats all personal information with confidentiality and privacy. We do not sell or exchange any of your personal information with outside organizations. This includes names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses and credit card information.

How does Fetch ensure Web security?

Fetch's Web site uses industry-standard encryption. This gives you access through our secure server so you can enter your credit card or other payment information knowing that your information will be sent securely in an encrypted format that prevents others from seeing it. The payment information exchanged between each customer and Fetch remains strictly private.

Do I need insurance?

Fetch provides up to $2,000 coverage for damage or loss of goods as part of the service - no hidden costs. Many of your items may be covered by your home owner's insurance.

Is my property safe?

Fetch's state of the art storage facilities are equipped with the latest security systems.
